The Trip Home
Our European trip had come to an end and today was the day for us to head back to Austin. We ate breakfast one more time in our hotel, packed up the bags and caught a shuttle to the airport. Our plane was set to leave at 11:30 and it was right on time. We gained 6 hours on the flight to Chicago and finally landed in Austin at about 8:30 p.m.
It had been a great trip, but we were ready to get home. It felt good to be back in Austin.
